Christmas Party!

"Its okay he wasn't too bad," she laughed, "He's very precise with his cooking though." She smiled, she hadn't minded helping Much instead of Gary, although she would very much rather be with Gary.

Will finished his mouthful and turned around and looked at all the dancing peasants having the time of their lives. He looked at Djaq momenterily and then faced Alexis. "Um... Alexis... would you excuse us for one moment please..." he said taking Djaq's hand and leading her away from the party and out of sight of anyone in the clearing. When they were a little way away, he turned to face Djaq almost nervously. "I wanted to give this to you now... before I forgot... not that I could forget this... but I wanted to give it to you anyway..." he realized he was babbling and so shut up and puled out a little package from his pocket, and revealed a beautiful Jade pendant. He held it out to her and smiled lovingly "Merry first Christmas sweetheart"

[Djaq]

Djaq stared at the pendant open mouthed as it sparkled in the moonlight. Tears welled up her eyes and she cupped her hands over her mouth. Her eyes glistened with tears and and removed her hands from her mouth smiling. "Will..." she whispered, her eyes tearing themselves from the necklace and fixing on Will. "Will..." she was speachless and she covered her mouth with her hands again. "Will..." she removed her hands from her mouth again and picked up the beautiful pendant. "Oh my goodness...Will, I havn't got you anything...I didn't realise you give presents aswell..." she said guiltily, putting the pendant back down. "It's...its beautiful..." she gasped. "Oh Will!" she threw her arms around him and kissed him, not caring that probably half of Nottingham was watching them right now. She closed her eyes and hugged him tighter, tears still glistening in her eyes.

Alexis turned to see Djaq and Will talking just outside the main party, she started to approach them to talk to them. She saw Will give something, a necklace it looked like, to Djaq who then threw her arms around him. Alexis smiled then adjusted her direction and started a conversation with one of the peasants enjoying the party instead.

Will, unaware that they were being watched, kissed her back never wanting it to end then broke away slowly moenterily and mouthed "I love you" before hugging her again tightly and protectivly. "This is, the best christmas I have ever had... in fact, this is the best time I have ever had in my life, just being here with you... just makes everything seem worthwhile, you know, all the trouble we've been through and everything, it all becomes worthwhile when I'm standing here with you..." he said quietly before leaning in and kissing her again...

Although it was none of her business, Alexis couldn't help but throw a glance in Will and Djaq's direction again, they were kissing, she smiled and turned her attention back to the conversation, she had noticed a connection between those two, she wouldn't tell them she'd seen them, or anyone else for that matter, she would keep it to herself, she knew the importance of keeping something like that to herself.

[Robin Hood]

Robin entered the clearing, looking rather smarter than usual for the party - his hair was clean and brushed, and was wearing his 'best' top - one less holey and dirty than the others. He smiled as he saw all the peasants and outlaws, having a good time. The food smelled great, and their was only one person missing - Marian. And hopefully, she would be joining them soon enough.

He leant against a tree, watching everyone talking, laughing and dancing for a moment, wondering where Little John and Much were...

[Djaq]

Djaq pulled away from Will after what seemed like an eternity. She looked deep into his eyes, and said quietly..."This is the nicest thing...anyone has ever...given me..." she said, a few tears falling down her cheeks. "Will...how much did it cost you...? I havn't got you anything..." she said guiltily. "You shouldn't have....but....its....wonderfull..." she said throwing her arms around him again.

Her caught her and hugged her tightly before releasing her and carefully putting the necklace on her. He looked at it for a little while before hugging her again. "Don't worry about not getting me anything, you gave me that heart earlier didn't you, and that means more to me than any other gift in the world. He rested his head on her shoulder and sighed happily, "I love you so much Saf... and I wanna be with you forever. One day, when we are living in safty, I want to marry you, and start a family, and watch them grow up with you, and grow old with you... and just basically be with you for eternity..."

[Djaq]

Djaq hit Will playfully. "Stop it...or I'll start crying again..." she said, holding back the tears. "I love you..." she whispered and then released from his embrace and wiped away the remaining tears. "Shall we go back to the party?" she asked quietly, sniffing slightly and holding his hands. "Or people shall start getting suspicious!" she laughed huskily and let another tear fall before awaiting Wills reply.

[Will Scarlett]

Will smiled and wiped away the tear falling down cheek gently with his thumb. "Yeah... okay, if you want... but you might wanna stop crying first, or people will get very suspicious of something, and they might think that I've been mean to you" he said smiling lovingly at her. "But I know, and you know, that I would never be mean to you..." he stopped as he noticed her starting to cry again and gave her a big hug. "You're so sweet Saf, and I'm completly head over heals in love with you!"

[Djaq]

Djaq felt tears gushing down her cheeks. "Stop it! stop it!" she said, hitting Will playfully over and over again, inbetween laughing and crying. "I actually intend to spend the party without crying!" she wiped her tears away and sighed, still sniffing a little.

[Will Scarlett]

Will smiled lovingly at her and wiped away another of her tears. "You ready to go back to the party?" he asked her sensitively "Or do you wanna stay here for a bit?"

[Djaq]

Djaq wiped away her tears. "I'm fine now thanks Will!" she said smiling. She gave him one last hug, and kissed him gently. Then she walked out from behind the tree as if nothing had happened and waited for Will to follow her. As he walked over to her, she smiled at him quickly and then went of to mingle with the guests.

Will followed along behind her keeping close to her at all times. He felt as though he was the happiest and luckiest man alive, nd this really was, he thought to himself, the best christmas ever. "What now?" he muttered quietly to Djaq during a gap in the mingleing.
