Find the Sheriff! ((Part Two))

[Robin Hood]

He shook his head. "Not you. Him." He wanted to hear Gisborne ask for his help, salvage some pride which he had left: here he was, watching his fiancee stood with his enemy, both asking him for his help. He would clearly do it, in the end: it was for Nottingham, and he didn't want to see any more bloodshed than there had already been. However, it was hard to forget that much of that bloodshed was down to Gisborne and the Sheriff...

[Sir Guy]

No way was he going to ask him, he would rather die. He gradually stood and and went to leave, insulted.

[Marian]

Marian placed her hand gently but firmly on his arm, pushing him back down into his seat. "Guy..." She said, looking at him. "We need to find the Sheriff. Ask him for his help, and then you can go back to hating each others guts, can't you."

((Sorry, short and I'm making up alot of the words too...lol))

[Sir Guy]

Guy is pushed back into his seat by Marian, she was relying on him and so was everyone else. "Will you help us?" He couldnt believe he was actually asking hood for help but he was mainly doing this for Marian. He felt like he was going soft on her.

[Robin Hood]

He looked at her hand on his arm, and felt jealousy sear painfully through him. He hated him for this - for being so close to Marian, for clearly being in love with her too.

He stood up. "Of course." He answered, running up the stairs and leaving the two alone, as he called, "That's why I came here, isn't it?"

[Sir Guy]

He stood up quickly, making Marians hand fall off of his arm. He wanted to pull out his sword and fight him because of the smart comment of Hoods. He looked at Marian, he wanted to hold her again, he wanted her to be safe from the army which was marching towards Nottingham.

[Marian]

"We haven't got much time left..." She paused, looking out at the sky, "It must be midday already. I just hope someone finds him." She sighed - it wasn't just her life, and the outlaws lives, and even Gisborne's life which she was worrying about. She didn't want all of Nottingham to be destroyed.

((Doesn't Guy say something about there still being time for her to escape now??))

[Sir Guy]

He knew that Marian had to be kept safe by any means nessesary. Maybe she could escape now while Jasper was talking to Allan. She could escape and go back to the nuns so she would be safe until i came to safe her. Guy raced after Marian and stopped her in her tracks.

"Marian, this might seen strange and forgive me for speaking my mind but i want you to go. There is still time for you to get away from Nottingham and be safe." He risked putting his hand on her arm softly, he didnt want her to be in danger.

"You must go quickly."

[Marian]

She shook her head defiantly. She should have expected him to try and get her out: although she was quite flattered by the fact at the moment he seemed to value her life even above his own, there was no way she was leaving.

"No. You didn't leave me when I was hostage in the tree; I will not leave you here." She paused, and the two's eyes met for a moment. "And I won't leave them. I'm not going to run from danger, and Nottingham - if we're going to fight, I am too."

[Sir Guy]

Guy feels the moment was coming to kiss her but he didnt want her to run so he stepped forward and touched her shoulder. "Then we must fight until the end, find our own way out."

[Marian]

She nodded - she was slightly scared, but forcing herself not to be. Now was the time when it mattered - now was the time to fight. She wondered if Gisborne would be offered safe passage, what with him being a black knight - and whether he would take it.

"We'd better go and get weapons then, hadn't we."

[Sir Guy]

He nodded and grinned. This was probably the longest time he had been away from the sheriff which made him scared. He didnt feel tall and powerful and he felt weak being ordered around with marian (kind of). He ran with Marian outside where Allan stood, handing out swords and shields.
