[Djaq]

Djaq sat on a log in the forest, looking down at her feet. This was stupid. She was crying over nothing. She looked up at the sky. It was getting dark. She better get back to camp.

[Will Scarlett]

Will is running through the forest calling for her when he sees her sitting on a log crying... it had been a long day, they were all tired and stressed out it was no surprise that people were arguing and getting upset....
He approached her slowly... "Djaq?" he said softly "Djaq? You ok?"

[Djaq]

"Yeah, I'm fine..." said Djaq. She got up off the log and wiped her tears, pretending they had never fallen. She didn't look at Will, she just walked back in the direction of camp.

Before she walked to far off he held out his arm and took hers and turned her gently around. "I'm sorry bout what I said... about you know Alexis... you wanna know the truth? I really can't stand her. She went out with Guy!!! And I don't understnad why everyone seems to like her... but you... you are more than just 'pretty' you're amazing and I love you" he smiled at her sadly....

[Djaq]

Djaq smiled weakly, but pulled her arm away from Will and continued to walk back to camp.

[Will Scarlett]

"Look Djaq, please... I've said I'm sorry, you know that I love you, and you know that I don't like Alexis. I'm really sorry for what I said and I don't know what to do to make it up to you" He looked sady at her....

[Djaq]

Djaq smiled. "It's not so much about the "pretty" thing..." she sighed and looked down at the floor. "It's just...it's just"

She felt her blood boil and her heart thump. She couldn't discribe this feeling. In her mind she saw Alexis, prettier than her, as good with the sword, if not better than her, everyone falling at her feet. Everybody liked her. Everybody. Djaq filled up with rage. What was this feeling?

Jealousy.

She turned around and looked back at Will, her eyes narrow. "Let's get back to camp." she said huffily.

[Will Scarlett]

He looked at Djaq sadly and nodded "but Djaq, before we do, just remember, I think you are a thousand times the woman that Alexis will ever be, and, I don't know when the next time I'll be able to say this is, because I don't know when we will next alone, so I'll say it now, I love you Djaq, now and forever" he smiled weakly at her...

[Djaq]

Djaq turned around to see Will standing there, looking lost and confused. She sighed happily. The one thing that Alexis didn't have was Will. She went up to him and hugged him tightly. "I love you too, and I will until the day I die..." She whispered.
"Come on, lets go back to camp, Much will be getting worried!" she giggled.

He smiled happily knowing that he was forgiven "do you think he saw us earlier?" he grins at her...

[Djaq]

"God, I hope not!" said Djaq. "I don't think so though, if he did, he would have exploded by now." she laughed.

[Will Scarlett]

He chuckled "Well that was one very close shave then" he grinned at her before taking her hand and leading her back towards the camp, and just before they got there he stopped and pulled her round to face him, "I love you. Just remember that" he smiles and gives her a loving hug.
