Finding the Sheriff

[Robin Hood]

Much and Robin walked purposefully around the fields which surrounded the forest. They were looking for the Sheriff, for any sign he'd been there. Robin kept a close eye on the ground, as Much started talking at him, about the ring he'd seen Allan have - which Robin had given Marian.

((Sorry, don't mean to control your character - just making sure it's on the right lines for following the episode!))

much was busy looking to for clues about the sherifs dissappearance but he could not think straight

[Robin Hood]

"Where could he have gone...where could he have gone..." He muttered, more to himself than anyone else. He stumbled across a piece of blue silk. "No-one else has pajamas like this, Much! The Sheriff must have come this way." They continued, Robin's eyes peeled for any sign of the Sheriff or any items of his, thinking about Marian and if anyone was going to question him about that ring...

((Remember - Much asks him about the ring, suggesting it's like an engagement ring - then Robin tells him everything.))

"robin can i ask you about that ring" ask much, he starts to realise that maybe the sherif has been this way

[Robin Hood]

"Which ring?" He askd, "Oh, you mean the one Allan had?" He paused, a soft smile on his face. It looked like an engagement ring - how long would it take for Much to guess that he and Marian were in fact engaged to be married?

"Well, it's just...it's a ring I gave to Marian." He knew he would now be under more questioning, and would probably end up telling Much - but he didn't mind. Much was his oldest friend, and it seemed right he was the first to know.

much wanted to know everything about robin his closest friend and marian because he had a feeling that they might be a couple but didnt want to say anything.
"Robin have you done anything with that ring, like giving it to marian" he asks " if you have i wont say anything at all" said much, because much and robin are really good friends and alway have been and always will be.

[Robin Hood]

He smiled, "Giving her jewellery, it's a first, isn't it!" Laughing softly, he nodded. "It's an engagement ring, Much. We're engaged..."

He paused, a smile on his face, "We're going ot be married when the King returns." He laughed at Much's stunned face,, "Now's when you congratulate me, Much!"

" congratulations mate thats fantastic news" said much

[Robin Hood]

He grinned, "Thanks Much." He paused, as he spotted a man from behind it what could only be the Sheriff's pajamas. "But there won't be much point in us being engaged if we're both killed before we get a chance to marry. So..." He paused, taking aim at the man with his bow.

"Hey, you, show yourself!" He shouted, and then realised the man was not the Sheriff. He explained he'd traded the pajamas for his rags. "Said he had some paperwork to do." He told them.

Robin looked at Much confused. "Paperwork? In the forest?" He repeated. He thought for a moment, before jumping up. "The pact! Quick, back to camp - it must be what he's after."

"wait, how do we know its the pact hes after" said much, and then follwed robin back to camp only to find little john tied up

[Robin Hood]

"Paperwork, in the forest Much?" He shouted, as they ran down the hill, sliding past trees taking the quickest route Robin new to camp. "What else could he be talking about?"

"If he hasn't found the camp yet, I'm sure he will do. He's been in this forest all day - who knows what he could've found!" He hoped he got there before the Sheriff did - they couldn't afford to lose that Pact, or their secret hiding place!
