Current place of residency: He travels. But he has been seen in Nottinham, and the Holyland.
Support and why: ( Does your character support the King? The Sheriff? Or are they undecided? Why?) The King. He serves the King in the Holyland, and is one of his best and most skilled soldiers. However, he did serve the Sheriff for a brief period, in order to avenge his brother.
Personality: Strong, Brave, Cares for his family and friends. Very loyal and quite witty.
Life Story: (Everything that's happened to your character so far in their lives) Carter grew up with his younger brother, Thomas in England. They went their seperate ways, and Thomas faught in the same war as Robin and Much. When the news was sent to Carter that his brother had been killed, he was distraught. Rumor had it that Robin Hood had killed his brother. So Carter set off to avenge his brothers death, and to kill Robin Hood. He was hired by the Sheriff and turned assassin, befriending Robin Hood to gain his trust. When the time was right, Carter captured and tied up all of Robins friends, and challenged Robin, or his friends would perish. However, this did not go according to plan, and Carter himself was tied up and left at camp. Carter was not just your ordinary man, so when the gang's backs were turned, he managed to escape. As the gang searched for him, he managed to corner Robin Hood in a barn, and finally had him where he wanted him, holding his sword at Robins neck, ready for the fatal blow. But Robin told Carter the real story, of how his brother Thomas was foolish, and got killed, not by Robin, but the enemy. Robin tryed to help him, but he cried in Robins arms, and died. He was not crying...he was just laughing on the wrong side of his face. At first Carter refused to believe him, but after a while, he knew that Robin spoke the truth. So he dropped his sword, and fell crying in Robins arms. As Djaq and Much ran into the barn, they found a sight they really were not expecting to see. And Robin explained..."He's not crying...hes just laughing on the wrong side of his face." After that, Carter told the gang the truth, of how he came to avenge his brothers death, and kill Robin Hood. And that was when, Djaq pointed out. "So...you kill many innocent people...just for your own personnal benifit?" And that was when Carter decided to make things right. [i'm sorry, i forgot why they did it, my bad! I will correct it once i know]. So Djaq gave Robin a special potion, that would make you still, until you were given another potion. This meant that Robin could pretend to be dead...with Carter standing beside him, pretending to have killed him. The plan worked perfectly, as the Sheriff nearly shot out the roof with joy at dead Robin Hood, he jumped back up and they faught their way out, and survived.
It was obvious Carter would have made the perfect addition to the gang, but alas, it was not so, as he fled from Sherwood, waving Robin and his Gang a fond fairwell.
