She akse,d her voice slightly warmer and kinder than it had been previously. "It's not like the Sheriff would listen to me anyway." She paused, with a soft sigh. "I am grateful, for what you do for me. The only problem is your nice moods are dispersed with much crueler moods, Sir Guy." The song finished, at Marian clapped the band. As another song began, she looked towards him. "Another dance?" She asked; it did pay to be on his good side, and she disliked being cruel to a man who could be nice to her...sometimes... |

"Fine. Well lets try to make the most of tonight then, shall we? Since neither of us really wants to be here." He was a good dancer, there was no doubting that, and as Lady Marian had been brought up well she could dance too. There was a good atmosphere in the room; except between Marian and Guy.

im not sure, the sheriff has been talking to these people but he wont say anything. HE just wants to raise money probably by bringing the lords and ladies here and buy the drinks double the price spins you around thinking that u r a brilliant dancer while i keep looking over to a couple that i reconised from the market (djaq and will)

*I enter the ball. Dressed in smart clothes that I had borrowed from the old lady who I had helped in the market. She kindly let me use them for tonight. I thanked her. I see Will and Djaq on the other side of the room. Their disguises are great, you can barely tell its them. Djaq has the elegant hood from the dress up, I notice. I relise that I am the only one who will actually know it's them, apart from their friends if they're here, because it was me who sold them the clothes. That makes me feel very important and I smile to myself. I make my way across the room.*

She nodded, suprised at the twirl. "Sounds like the Sheriff." The two continued to dance for a while, until the song finished.
"Let's go speak to the Lords and Ladies...might as well make the Sheriff happy, and make all our lives easier." She answered. For once, the two seemed to be getting along; until Guy decided to be controlling again, probably.
She noticed Will and Djaq, then took a double take. Realising who it was, she smiled slightly, before turning back to Guy pretending she hadn't a clue who they were. She was happy to see the two here; especially after their chat.
