[Lord Kensington Herron]

Lord Kensington walked into the grounds outside and let out a sigh. His daughter was a disappointment. A stable boy, of all people. That was worse than a peasant in his eyes.

He would have preferred her to have gotten with a peasant. At least then he could do something about it. But his wife held an attatchment to the stable boy, so he threw him out.

He sighed again and walked over to the wall, leaning against it. He rubbed his eyes as he thought. It would have been better if he had had a son. That would have been much better.

[Lady Rosetta Court]

Rosetta was doing her usual errnads. She went to the stableblock and hunted for the stablegirl. She found her and the girl brought the Lady her beautiful black arab. Costly of course but she had the money. She saddled up the horse herself and saw someone out of the corner of her eye. "are you alright?" she asked.

[Lord Kensington Herron]

Lord Kensington watched the woman pay the stable girl and thoughts flickered back to when his own wife was younger. She would ride a beautiful chestnut horse and he remembered watching her with a smile. He would tell his friends he would marry that girl. And he did.

"I am...ok. I suppose. Family matters," Lord Kensington replied airly. "Yourself?" He paused. "I am Lord Kensington Herron."

[Lady Rosetta Court]

"I'm ok. I'm Lady Rosetta Court. I'm enaged to the Prince." said Rosetta sadly. "I'm to go back to Cheshire and tell the nobles to come to the wedding." she said. She mounted the horse. "Do you want to ride down with me?" she asked.

[Lord Kensington Herron]

Lord Kensington paused. He knew that name. Yes! Prince John was marrying her. He had mentioned it. But he saw the sadness on her face and frowned. "You are not happy about that then? That is not good news." He paused. "Ride with you? To Chesire. I don't know..."

[Lady Rosetta Court]

"If you dont want to then thats alright." she said. She saw a gaurd walking up to her. "The Prince told me to give you this. He sends his love." said the gaurd. Rosetta rolled her beautiful eyes and kicked Daredevil into a walk.

[Lord Kensington Herron]

Lord Kensington watched her as she started to walk off and rolled her eyes at the Prince's gift. Obviously the woman was not happy with her current situation. He walked alongside her. "Tell me, you are in love with another, I am guessing?"

"You guessed right." she smiled. She thought about him. Allan. The only one she would ever love.
