A new horse

[Sir Guy]

I stroll into the stables slowly as my hair blows to the side by the wind as i think of the many times that i could of caught Robin. I opened the stable doors but i cant spot my horse anywhere. Only another black horse stood in its place with a letter by the door. I pick it up quickly and open it

Dear Guy
Your horse looked ancient when i last came down here so i thought i would do the polite thing and buy you one. This way u could actually TRY to CATCH ROBIN HOOD!!!

*I sneak into the dim lighted stable. I have my parchment, ink and quill in a pocket. Alexis's horse should be in here. I look around. There's only one horse, a black one. That's not Alexis's! She must not be in the castle! Or maybe she's somewhere in the castle grounds with her horse. I am kind of relived, at least she isn't in Sir Guy's cluthes.*

*I better leave before someone comes, I think to myself. But then I look to Sir Guy's black horse. He's amazing. He looks so powerful and strong. I slowly walk up to him making comforting noises. He looks a little interested but basically doesn't care.*

Hey there buddy! *I risk a put on the nuzzle and he obliges. I see a brush in the hay nearby and pick it up.*

Has anyone given you a proper brush recently? I doubt it. *I slowly start brushing him on his back. I keep going and sort of, get rapped up in my thoughts.*

[Sir Guy]

looks at it one spot of mud and ur dead

*I jumped out of my skin when Sir Guy spoke. I spin around.*

Oh, Sir Guy I... *Wait, he had acted like it was normal I was here... has he mistaken me for one of the stable boys?! I smile slightly.*

I was just giving him a brush.

[Sir Guy]

i see that, thats why ur a stable boy clips u round the ear if he is not up to standards, u will be punished

pushes my hand over my other wrist as if to say u will have ur hand cut off

[Gary Taylor]

*I stumble slightly as Sir Guy cuffs me on the head, due to his strength. Then my eyes widen as he tells me there will be a punishment if I don't get his horse 'up to standards'. At least he hasn't found out I'm not a stable boy...*

He'll be on top form when I'm done with him, Sir! *I smile*

[Sir Guy]

good...and when u wash him, give him warm water, not cold!

smirks and walks off

Phew! * I sigh in relief as he leaves. But now I have to find some warm water to wash his horse.*

Hmmmm.... *I look around. There's a tap! I go and turn it. The waters cold.*

Damn.

*If the horse isn't clean, he'll relise and punish me... I go outside into the grounds to find a bucket and some warm water.*

[Sir Guy]

(10 minutes later)

i run back and the guards pick up the saddle and i watch u sweeping up

has he been washed?!

i glare at you and rub the horse he is silky...u done good..

((ps i had washed him, i kinda wrote it in the 'Rest of the GRounds' section.))

Thank you Sir Guy. He is an amazing horse. *A bow my head slightly as I brush up.*

Alexis lead Spirit into the stables, she'd thought to herself earlier maybe she could help better by being inside the castle, to leak out information.

*As I leave, feeling Sir Guys eyes drilling into me, I realise how lucky I was to have got away with that. But where was Alexis if she hadn't come back here after all?*

[Sir Guy]

turns to ALexis oh...hi again smiles slightly, waiting for gary to leave
