the tree and the escape and the returned

[Sir Guy]

a tall man with long black hair watched as allan and some guards crept up to the tree and threw liquid onto the tree so it would burn quicker. the man now smirking, knowing robin had no where to go, pointed his bow up to Robin Your sorrounded hood with no where to go

the man had finally caught the man who he had always wanted dead but i hear whispers coming from the tree then some rope was lowering down and i looked horrified to see marian roped and gagged

MARIAN!?

he couldnt help running towards Marian, hoping she would be alright but he stopped when an arrow missed his foot by inches

U HURT A HAIR ON HER HEAD AND I WILL KILL U!!!

the tall powerful man stoof and listened to robin who was telling him that guy did still love marian. the man smirked knowing his anger wouldnt free marian from the outlaw

[Marian]

Having been watching out for Robin, as he searched for the pidgeon in the tree, Marian heard Gisborne arriving on horseback - presumably looking for the very same pidgeon Marian and Robin needed - Lardner.

"Quick, Robin - The Sheriff and Gisborne are coming!" She shouted. He tried to persuade her to leave, but she grabbed hold of the rope and climbed up next to him, pulling the rope up just in time so that Gisborne didn't see it.

She looked down, and saw Gisborne trying to set the tree alight. "Use me as a hostage, Robin!" She pleaded with him. They argued about it for several moments, and as Gisborne went to shoot a flaming arrow to the tree, she finally made him agree. "Theres no other way..." She mumered, "I'm more use to you in the castle." But Robin had no intention of leaving her behind.

He lowered Marian down gently, and she heard him shout: "I die and Marian dies, Gisborne." He smirked; "You've just shown your weakness. You've just proved that you still love her." He laughed, "Let me go, and I'll leave her behind."

Marian pretended to struggle with the ropes, hoping the plan would work before The Sheriff arrived and probably killed them both.

((Sorry it's all Marian saying what Robin's doing - it's just it would work with two posts after Guy's.))

[Sir Guy]

"MARIAN?!" guy shouted as he saw marian dangling helplessly. He ran towards her but an arrow stopped him from coming to near. "YOU HURT A SINGLE HAIR ON HER AND I WILL KILL YOU?!" Guys mind filled with horror as he thought of a plan in resucing Marian.

[Robin Hood]

"Well then, Gisborne; it looks like your going to have to let me go." He answered, hoping Marian was alright dangling from the tree. "Remove your men Gisborne!"

He pulled the rope up, so Marian was back in the tree and untied her. "Are you alright?" He asked seriously and softly. Hopefully this plan would work... "I'll make him think I'm going to leave you behind...but I won't, I promise." The two waited, hoping Gisborne would call his men away so they could both escape.

[Sir Guy]

GUy's men took and waited for command and i didnt know what to do. "FINE, JUST LEAVE HER!"

[Robin Hood]

"Remove your men Gisborne...remove them or the girl dies. She's just like you...robbing from the poor, against all that's good. Why should I care if she dies? I've already killed a few of your guards who just tried to burn this tree down...I could kill her without a second thought..." He looked to Marian, who looked a little surprised at his words. "Nothing personal... He murmered.

"Remove your men Gisborne..." He warned. Meanwhile, his gang were approaching...

[Sir Guy]

I nodded finally and the men moved back away from the tall tree, further and further away, leaving me on my own beside my horse. "THERE!"

[Robin Hood]

((Hehe! Basically now Robin's gang set off smoke...Robin leaves, marian stays behind and Guy saves her. So theh gang will be here to help in a minute!))

He knew he couldn't escape yet - the men were still near enough to be able to catch him. He looked around for any way he could escape, when he thought he saw people in the distance...

((And now the gang come over... create some smoke and shoot a rope up I think...))

[Sir Guy]

The guards stood one fianl step back, knowing that guy wanted to secretly catch hood. I looked shocked to see the smoke. "you lot and you lot, go and find the fire and put it out!"

[Alexis Bailey]

Alexis had come as soon as she'd heard and was now hiding, her sword drawn, ready for a fight.

Just as they planned, she ran round the trees to where she was to light a fire.
As she lit it the smoke rose, distracting Guy's men, she ran back round to her hiding place.

[Robin Hood]

Robin saw the smoke, and knew his gang were trying to create a diversion. He was grateful - but how were he and Marian to get down quickly, without Gisborne seeing them? And, once they did, how were they gong to stop the inevitable fact that Gisborne would be hunting Marian, if he knew Robin had 'kidnapped' her? The plan was fraught with problems.

[Sir Guy]

Guy hoped that marian was safe at the moment and as soon as robin was gone and the guards chased him, he would safe marian

[Will Scarlett]

Will and Djaq appear...
"Do you need any help Alexis or have you got it all under control? Sorry we're late but we we were um... doing something else..."

[Alexis Bailey]

"We need more smoke." she replied, relieved they'd arrived.
