Making Decorations

((stupid msn not working again... grrr... Will turn.))

[Will Scarlett]

Will suddenly remembered that he still had Gary's dagger and sword in his belt "I almost forgot, I found these earlier when I cam looking for you..." He carefully pulled them out and held it out for Gary "They were lying just over there on the floor... hey are yours right?"

[Gary Taylor]

((Um, can you please say you found my sword too? ))

"Oh yeah! Thanks, Will." Turning to the direction Djaq was in, "Is there a fir tree there Djaq?"

[Djaq]

"Yes, right here! You were right Gary!" she said grinning. "Well come on the guys! Or are you too scared to see the dead people?" she said mockingly, talking like how a mother would to her young children.

[Will Scarlett]

"Ahhhh! I'm scared!" said Will playfully then laughed "Course I'm not" he said grinning as he stepped over the dead guards to join Djaq by the tree. "So um... shall we just uproot it and then replant it in the clearing?"

[Gary Taylor]

"It's roots will go WAY down, it isn't particularly thick, so I guess we cut cut it down then just attempt the rope idea. As well as putting somelogs, or rocks by the base of the truck to keep it steady." Gary suggested.

[Djaq]

Djaq stood there, her hands on her hips, staring up at the moderately large fir tree before her. "We could always use Wills axe..." she said. "Making sure that you cut it as straight as you can..." She nudged away one of the dead guards beneath her feet and held her nose again.

[Will Scarlett]

Will grimaced at the guards "They stink don't they..." he said getting out his axe and shoving the other guard out of the way so he would have room to use his axe properly. "Stand back! I don't want to chop either of you by mistake" he said as he gripped the axe in both hands. The trunk wasn't that thick, he would be able to get it in two, maybe three chops. He twisted his body round and swung once. Twice. Three times... and then there was a massive crash as the tree fell down on top of one of the guards. He only just about managed to leap out the way, pulling Djaq with him, just in time.

Gary grimaced as the tree fell onto the dead guard.

"Ok, lets get it out of here, quickly. I can't take any more of this smell! We should be able to carry it, Will." He picked up near one side of the fallen tree.

[Will Scarlett]

Will looked over at Djaq, knowing all to well, that she wouldn't like the fact that Gary had implied that she wouldn't be able to carry the tree...

[Djaq]

Djaq stood there open mouthed. "So, you don't need my help then?" she asked, tapping one foot on the ground. "Alright then, I'll have fun watching your backs break." she said as she walked off smirking. She stood in the clearing waiting for them. "Come on then? What are you waiting for?"

"Sorry," Gary said, "I was just trying to spare you some labour! No offence Will," Gary joked. "Surely you would have done the same?" Gary asked Will. Before he could answer Gary said, "It doesn't matter, sorry Djaq, I think we all know you are perfectly capable of helping too, and may do so if you wish."

[Will Scarlett]

Will smiled to himself. Gary was obviously not used to the fact that Djaq liked to be treated in the same way as the rest of the gang. He bent down to pick up the tree, but it was quite a bit heavier than it looked. "Sorry Gary, but I don't think we'll be able to lift it ourselves..." he looked over to Djaq "I think you're gunna have to come help whether you want to or not I'm affraid.... two people won't be able to manage..."

[Djaq]

"Oh? So now you come crawling back!" she said grinning. "Fine, fine...I suppose I can't just leave you there." She ran back to the two men and helped them lift up the fir tree. "Come on then!"
