((Ok, this will basically be our own version of series three, episode one...we don't Tuck or Gisborne for a little while, but I thought I'd draw your attention to this post =] ))
Robin stood, hidden in the shadows, with his hood up. He needed to make Gisborne pay for what he done - hurting Marian, nearly taking her away for good - as well as everything else he'd done wrong. So many people had suffered at the hands of Sir Guy of Gisborne and, now, Robin planned on making him pay. They just had to work out how...without Marian, what else did Gisborne care about? Money and status: that was the answer.
"What do you reckon is the best way to get in?" Robin asked one of his closest friends, Will Scarlett. Getting into the castle, or even the grounds, without being spotted or arrested was never easy... Robin wanted to make Gisborne pay without ending up paying himself. He'd only told Will of his plans; the others wouldn't have understood. They'd have thought Robin and Will were taking unneccessary risks; but Will had people he loved too - he understood.

Will tried to think of the ways in which they had got into the castle before "There is always the sewage system..." but seeing the look of disgust on Robin's face, quickly changed his mind "...or maybe not..." he trailed off in thought. "Or," he continued "we could disguise ourselves as guards or something... that's worked n the past but I dunno whether it would work now or not... the Sheriff's security is quite a bit tighter these days..." He looked at Robin, frowning still deep in thought, "What do you think?"
((ooc - i apologize for the unimaginativeness and badness of this post - i have a lot going on atm :S))

Tuck had just left his first encounter with Sir Guy of Gisbourne. It had not been the best or most productive of counseling sessions, at least far as making see Sir Guy see the light, like Paul on the Damascus Road. However, it had been illuminating in giving some insight into Sir Guy and how he could be dealt and manipulated. It also confirmed to Tuck that his next step should be to get into contact with Robin Hood and his outlaws.
For months he had heard the supposed dire state of affairs in Britain. Like with most rumors, Tuck had thought that ther were problems, but that they were somewhat exaggerated. Upon returning, however, he had found that the opposite had been true. at every stop he found that the rumors had understated the real nature of things. But, the one thing that he had heard was that the real thorn in the side of Priince John and his allies, was a young nobleman, recently returned from the Crusades.
Tuck himself had grown disenchanted and disillusioned with the Crusades. After a bitter argument with his superiors he had basically left the tutelage of the Church and was looking for a cause to rally behind. From all appearances this cause was the cause that this Robin Hood was trying to rally his outlaws and the people of Nottinghamshire around.
Tuck now knew of the desperate struggle that was going on between Sir Guy and Hood. He thought that he had some information about Sir Guy that might be useful to him. But how could he join forces with Hood and his men if he couldn't simply find them. If Robin Hood could evade the searches of Sir Guy, the Sheriff, and Prince John, what hope had he to find them? Tuck decided that the best place to begin was the edge of Sherwood Forest and he began following the path that would him to the road through Sherwood that led from the gates of Nottingham.
